From beginning to end, design is at the forefront of our process. BERMANFALK can always be counted on to deliver and install quality manufactured casegoods and seating -- on time and with the utmost care.

Understanding Your Inspiration

In this first critical stage, we listen to what challenges you are facing in the design space and brainstorm the best solutions. Then with the highest quality 3D renderings, we visually show you how each piece will work within the space.

Delivered On Time + Shipped With Quality

We work closely with all stakeholders involved to understand your timeline to get ‘heads in beds’ and develop a detailed manufacturing and logistics plan. Ocean transit to the West Coast generally takes 14-21 days, and can be shipped to a port nearer to your location, and then carefully loaded onto trucks for final transport to your property. Model room products are typically shipped via air, instead of ocean, to expedite the process. Throughout the process you can expect concise and proactive communication from our project management team.

Assisting Your Installation

Our goal is to make your installation as smooth, organized and non-disruptive as possible. Before product gets to your door, we’ll reach out to the installing contractor to supply them with shop drawings and installation details, as well as review product labeling and unique aspects of your project. These documents will be referenced by the FF&E installer along with the detailed item placement plan supplied by your designer. We’ll also coordinate timing with your purchasing agent and, if required, schedule product to arrive in stages to minimize handling and warehouse costs. Shortly after installation begins, a member of our team will be on-site to answer all questions.
