To simplify the specification process and eliminate hundreds of hours of manual research, MindClick provides the standardized data and transparency needed to compare products, specify with confidence, and buy more responsibly. Through the MindClick Sustainability Assessment Program (MSAP), our environmental and social impacts are measured throughout the entire product life cycle – encompassing raw materials, chemicals, environmental and social manufacturing, packaging, distribution, hotel impact, guest health, and end-of-use. The program assigns a Starter, Achiever, or Leader rating based on a 200-point scale using these nine key metrics, providing the flexibility to evaluate the sustainability of an entire hotel or view the specific details of individual material components.

Being MindClick rated makes it easy to select the best materials for each project while ensuring all data aligns with global standards, including GRI, WRI, CDP, the GHG Protocol, the Precautionary Principle, TCFD, GRESB, the UN Convention for Fair Labor & Human Rights, and Green Building Standards. Our joint collaboration ensures that the materials we are responsible for (excluding third-party components) are verified to support the health of both people and the planet.

Leader Rating: 160 – 200 points | Achiever Rating: 100 – 159 points | Starter Rating: Up to 99 points.

BERMANFALK has maintained a Leader level rating with MindClick since 2021.

Our Product Families

A Product Family is the grouping of furniture items that share the same material components. This simplifies the rating process and ensures a consistent sustainability score for any piece of furniture constructed from that specific combination of materials.

Our Material Components

As of 2026, MindClick has transitioned to a component-based approach for casegood and seating manufacturers to provide greater flexibility beyond standard product groupings. In the world of custom, this change offers a more precise sustainability rating for unique designs and can take into account the ratio of each material used per piece. While our most common material combinations remain as pre-rated Product Families, they can now also be broken down by individual components to ensure every detail of a project is accurately represented.

Ratings by Project

MindClick evaluates the collective impact of a project by aggregating the performance of multiple vendors within their Design for Health program.

By averaging the ratings of every specific product used, MindClick highlights the key sustainability factors that define an entire interior lifecycle. This third-party validation helps hotels meet increasing sustainability requirements and appeals to a growing demographic of guests who prioritize properties that share their environmental values.
