It’s December and we can hardly believe that we’re already looking back on what we accomplished in 2018 and planning for 2019. We’ve had a year unlike any other, complete with retirements, renovations, and recognition—and our heads are still spinning. Needless to say, we’re looking forward to the holidays. But before we trade-in our suits for ski jackets and relaxation, here’s a little year in review.
The start of 2018 marked a big change for BERMANFALK, with Paul Falk retiring after 40 years in business, and Gary Berman taking over as company President. This marked the end of a 40-year partnership which saw the growth of two separate businesses in different industries, and the beginning of a new chapter for BERMANFALK.
Filling out BERMANFALK’s management team is Aaron Berman, who assumed the role of Director of Business Operations in April of 2017, working under Paul to ensure he was familiar with all the operational aspects of BERMANFALK. This year, he has proven himself again and again, drawing on his professional sports background as a Director of Corporate Sponsorships, showing leadership, initiative, and innovation.
From moving into a new office, attending BD West and BDNY, and countless other events, BERMANFALK has experienced a high level of growth and recognition over the past year. We’ve increased our number of employees both domestically and overseas in China and Vietnam, as well as adding project managers and support staff in all areas of operation.
To say we’re grateful for the opportunities we’ve had over the past year would be an understatement, but we’re working harder than ever and looking forward to another year of health, happiness, and prosperity.
